Scheduler Jobs

LAMS runs several automated jobs in the background that handle routine tasks — sending renewal emails, processing payment reminders, alerting producers about expiring licenses, and more. These jobs run on fixed schedules without any manual action required.

This page describes what each job does and how to verify it is running correctly.

To confirm automated jobs are running correctly:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Scheduler Jobs.
  2. Review the Last Run column — if a job has not run in longer than its expected interval, investigate.
  3. Review the Status column for any failures.

For email-based jobs, you can also verify delivery through Email History on individual policies.
