Claims Reports

Claims reports give you visibility into the claims activity across your book of business. Use them to analyze loss ratios, track open claims, review settlement activity, and prepare carrier reports.

Go to Reports > Claims Reports from the main menu.

Tracks claim settlements and their current payment status.

Select your filters before running any claims report:

  • Date Range — Report period (based on loss date or report date)
  • Product Line — Specific LOB or all lines
  • State — Specific state or all states
  • Producer — Specific producer or all producers
  • Status — Open claims, closed claims, or all

If claims data is maintained in an external system, it can be imported into LAMS:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Claims Upload.
  2. Download the template file.
  3. Fill in the claims data using the template format.
  4. Upload the completed file.

Settlement data can also be uploaded via Reports > Settlement Upload.
