Expiring Policies Dashboard

The Expiring Policies dashboard gives producers a real-time view of their policies approaching expiration. It is designed for use in external producer portals and integration with producer management tools. Producers can see which policies need renewal action, track renewal status, and access renewal documents.

Producers can filter the dashboard by:

  • Product Line — See only a specific type of policy
  • State — Filter to a specific state
  • Expiration Date Range — Focus on policies expiring in the next 30, 60, or 90 days

Sort by expiration date to prioritize the most urgent renewals.

For each expiring policy, producers can download:

  • The renewal offer letter
  • Updated coverage summary
  • Rate change notification (if the premium is changing)
  • Required action items for the renewal

This dashboard is available via the LAMS external API for integration into producer portals. Contact your administrator for API access credentials and technical documentation.
