Expiring Policies Dashboard
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Expiring Policies dashboard gives producers a real-time view of their policies approaching expiration. It is designed for use in external producer portals and integration with producer management tools. Producers can see which policies need renewal action, track renewal status, and access renewal documents.

What the Dashboard Shows
Section titled “What the Dashboard Shows”| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Policy Number | The current active policy number |
| Insured Name | Named insured |
| Expiration Date | When the current policy expires |
| Premium | Current annual premium |
| Product Line | Line of business |
| Renewal Status | Whether a renewal has been initiated, is pending, or is not yet started |
Filtering and Sorting
Section titled “Filtering and Sorting”Producers can filter the dashboard by:
- Product Line — See only a specific type of policy
- State — Filter to a specific state
- Expiration Date Range — Focus on policies expiring in the next 30, 60, or 90 days
Sort by expiration date to prioritize the most urgent renewals.
Accessing Renewal Documents
Section titled “Accessing Renewal Documents”For each expiring policy, producers can download:
- The renewal offer letter
- Updated coverage summary
- Rate change notification (if the premium is changing)
- Required action items for the renewal
Integration
Section titled “Integration”This dashboard is available via the LAMS external API for integration into producer portals. Contact your administrator for API access credentials and technical documentation.
