Commission Reports

Overview

Commission reports give you a complete view of producer and carrier commission earned across your book of business. Use them to reconcile commission payments, prepare producer statements, and analyze profitability by product line or period.

Navigating to Commission Reports

Go to Reports > Commission Reports from the main menu.

Available Report Types

Report	What it shows
Commission by Producer	Total commission earned per producer for a selected date range
Commission by Product Line	Commission breakdown by line of business
Commission by Period	Monthly, quarterly, or annual commission totals
Outstanding Commissions	Commission earned but not yet paid

Filtering the Report

Select your filters before running the report:

Producer — Filter to a specific producer or leave blank for all producers
Product Line — Select a specific line of business or all lines
Date Range — Enter start and end dates
Status — Paid, unpaid, or all

Click Run Report to generate the results.

Reading the Results

Each row shows one producer’s commission for the selected period:

Column	Description
Producer	Producer name and code
Policy Count	Number of policies in this period
Gross Premium	Total premium for those policies
Commission Rate	Configured rate for this producer
Commission Amount	Calculated commission (gross premium × rate)
Paid	Amount already paid
Outstanding	Amount still owed

Exporting

Click Export to Excel to download the commission report for payment processing or further analysis.
