Policy History
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Policy History feature provides external access to a policy’s complete history — coverage details, premium changes, status transitions, and documents. It is designed for producer portals and external systems that need to display policy information to clients or agents.

What Policy History Includes

Use Cases
Section titled “Use Cases”- Producer portals — Allow producers to show clients their complete policy history.
- Renewal conversations — Producers can pull up 3–5 years of coverage to discuss renewal options.
- Audit and compliance — Access policy history for regulatory review or claim investigations.
- Client self-service — Embed in a client-facing portal so insureds can view their own history.
Access and Authentication
Section titled “Access and Authentication”External API access is controlled at the administrator level. Each external system or producer portal must be granted API access credentials.
