Policy History

The Policy History feature provides external access to a policy’s complete history — coverage details, premium changes, status transitions, and documents. It is designed for producer portals and external systems that need to display policy information to clients or agents.

  • Producer portals — Allow producers to show clients their complete policy history.
  • Renewal conversations — Producers can pull up 3–5 years of coverage to discuss renewal options.
  • Audit and compliance — Access policy history for regulatory review or claim investigations.
  • Client self-service — Embed in a client-facing portal so insureds can view their own history.

External API access is controlled at the administrator level. Each external system or producer portal must be granted API access credentials.
