Global Search

The LAMS global search lets you find any policy, application, insured, or producer record from a single search interface. Rather than navigating through menu sections to find a specific record, you can jump directly to any record by searching for a policy number, insured name, producer name, or application reference.

  • Hover over a policy row to see a mini-action menu.
  • Quick actions include: View Documents, New Endorsement, View Activity Log.
  • If you cannot find a policy by name, try the insured’s FEIN or the policy number.
  • Cancelled and expired policies are included in search results by default. Filter by Active status if you want only current policies.
  • Producer searches return the producer record first, then all associated policies. Click the producer record to see their full portfolio.
  • If you need to find a specific endorsement or mid-term change, open the policy first and navigate to the Endorsements tab.
